Returns, refunds and reprints

Every Velora shirt is printed to order after you buy it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, we can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size details on each product page before ordering. Comfort Colors 1717 tees run relaxed and are pre-shrunk.

If something is wrong, we fix it

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the one you ordered, email makiehtowns5@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the shirt back.

The worn, aged look of the print is part of the design. It is printed that way on purpose and is not a defect.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it shows delivered and you don't have it, email us. We'll work with the carrier and reprint or refund if it can't be found.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that your shirt is usually already in production.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we'll explain how to return it. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
